Barbara V. James is an Elementary Education Teacher with the Palm Beach School District. At her present post, Ms. James is in charge of designing and developing lesson plans, teaching kindergarten students, overseeing the safety of students and resolving issues. Inspired by her long standing desire to teach and edify others, Ms. James embarked on journey that would lead her toward her current career path. She has spent more than 23 years in her current profession, and she continues to strive for excellence in her every endeavor. Ms. James is a member of the American Federation of Teachers and the International Reading Association. She is also a baton twirling coach at a local school.
