For the past 26 years, Mrs. Miller has been demonstrating her expertise in special education at Linton-Stockton High School. She teaches all of the major subjects to children with learning disabilities, traumatic brain injuries and other health impairments. She has been recognized for her dedication to go above and beyond for her students with a teacher of the year award and a nomination for a Golden Apple Award. Holding a Master of Education in elementary and special education, Mrs. Miller adds new teaching techniques to her repertoire through continual education, certifications and attendance at educational workshops. She hopes to impart her knowledge on the next generation of special needs instructors as a college professor in the near future.
