With nearly four decades of experience in education, Ms. Shuster holds an unparalleled dedication and commitment to her fifth-grade students. She developed her expert skills in elementary education through the receipt of a Master of Arts in liberal studies, exceeding the required hours by 30, at Kean University. In 1992, she received the tri-state area’s Association of Science Technology award. Previously, Ms. Shuster worked with Merck & Co., Inc. through the MISE program and conducted science presentations at their summer fairs.
