Justine Montalvo, Ed.D. is a retired teacher who specializes in curriculum development. In her former capacity within the Chester Upland School District, she taught all levels of Spanish at the renowned high school, and she was also responsible for the development of curricula. Dr. Montalvo holds a wealth of experience in the field of education, and over the course of a career that has spanned more than 36 years, she has nurtured an ever-expansive skill set. She was honored as a Teacher of the Year in Chester County in 2007, and the courageous and determined six-time cancer survivor feels that she has been able to achieve her goals due to sheer willpower. Dr. Montalvo is opening a clinic with her church, where she will be offering counseling services. She enjoys baking in her spare time, and she also takes pleasure in designing and crafting beaded jewelry.
