Ms. Knox has spent the last 30 years serving as a passionate and committed educator. As a placement specialist, Ms. Knox is responsible for teaching the adult education English program for speakers of other languages, preparing students to meet general equivalency diploma requirements, and placing students in appropriate programs based on their individual learning needs. By drawing on her own educational experiences, she has been able to infuse motivation into her students and maintain an encouraging environment both inside and outside of the classroom. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Ms. Knox holds a bachelor’s degree in history.

In addition to her accomplishments as a teacher, Ms. Knox is a published author of two novels, entitled “Just Another Murder,” and “When I was a Little Girl.” In the future, she intends to focus her efforts on writing full time and pursuing a book tour, where she hopes to promote her books to a wider audience.
