Dr. Martha Wood is the founder and executive director of the Southeastern Center for the Enhancement of Learning, an authorized training center for cognitive enrichment located in Forest Park, Georgia. Drawing on 35 years of comprehensive experience in childhood education and mathematics instruction, she has spent the last decade assessing the learning potential of students and developing programs to catapult their educational successes. Dr. Wood holds a Ph.D. in education and psychology, which she earned in 1989 from Georgia State University. In addition, she is affiliated with ASCD, the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, and the National Association for the Development of Educators.
