Miriam Dixon is a Braille teacher for the North Carolina Rehabilitation Center for the Blind, located in Raleigh, North Carolina. Ms. Dixon holds a Master of Education in Special Education, with a concentration in visual impairment, which she earned from North Carolina State University in 1984, after having already received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
