Dr. Richardson is a firm believer in the idea that educators ought to teach and encourage students to be successful and strive to reach their goals. During her time in the public schools system, she became more and more interested in special education students, and how to better meet their educational and behavioral needs. Now a professor at the University of St. Thomas-Houston, she teaches online courses in school administration, special education, learning theory, and human growth and development. She also visits various school districts to support her ongoing research. Currently, Dr. Richardson is working on a book covering personality and learning types of students using a procedure called the “Richardson Inventory of Personality Types.”
