For the past 22 years, Ms. Fulton has been offering advice to students as an academic counselor at El Paso Community College. Additionally, she is responsible for monitoring students’ degree programs to ensure criteria requirements are met for graduation. Ms. Fulton holds a Master of Arts in educational counseling from Coppin State University and a Bachelor of Arts in social anthropology from Morgan State University. She holds professional affiliations with the Junior Community College Student Personnel Association, the Texas Association of Advisors for the Health Profession, the Texas Association of Community Colleges and the American Association for Women in Community Colleges.
