In her role, Dr. Hudspeth is responsible for managing the counseling department, working closely with the counseling team, parents, students, and school administrators. She believes that she has been able to excel in her professional endeavors because she has received support from her family and worked with wonderful mentors. Looking toward the future, Dr. Hudspeth hopes to open a private practice and become a licensed professional counselor.Dr. Hudspeth belongs to the Texas Counseling Association, Texas Association of College Admission Counselors, Texas State Teacher Association, and National Education Association. She earned a Ph.D. at Texas Woman’s University, a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, and a bachelor’s degree at the University of North Texas.
