Wanting to be a positive influence to children, Ms. Reardon made the decision to pursue a career in education. She has dedicated 10 years of service to the industry and has become an integral member of the school’s staff. An expert in physical education and driver education, Ms. Reardon spends her days managing physical education and development on the secondary level, and coaching the Lady Knights girls’ basketball team.
Ms. Reardon gets great enjoyment out of her job. She gets to interact with children and help them live healthier lives by keeping them active. Ms. Reardon has had a particularly profound effect on the girls in her school. She has seen their lives change for the better due to her guidance and leadership, and she is grateful for the opportunity to help them find success.
Ms. Reardon attributes her success to continually expanding her knowledge base to become better at her career. She earned a Bachelor of Science in physical education and teaching at Eureka College, where she is in the Athletic Hall of Fame, and has various teaching endorsements. Ms. Reardon is affiliated with the Eureka College Alumni Association, National Fastpitch Coaches Association, Interactive Fitness Trainers of America, American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance, National Education Association, Illinois Education Association, and Illinois Basketball Coaching Association.
