Cherry Hill, N.J., May 29, 2015, Linda Susan Heath, Retired Teacher at Cherry Hill High School East, has been recognized by Elite American Educators for dedication, achievement and leadership in secondary education.

Ms. Heath dedicated 41 years of service to the education field and enjoyed every moment because she knew she was a making a difference in the lives of others.  Ms. Heath spent her days teaching higher-level mathematics, honors geometry, advanced placement calculus and integrated remedial mathematics, as well as making presentations at conferences and workshops and speaking publicly. She is very proud of her career, but is particularly proud of the accolades she received from the kids. In 2006, the East Side Newspaper chose her as Person of the Year for Cherry Hill High School East.

Ms. Heath earned a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics, Plus 11, at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She also holds certifications in K-12 mathematics and in advanced placement. Ms. Heath stayed abreast of changes in the field through her affiliation with The Association of Mathematics Teachers of New Jersey, National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, and National Speakers Association.
