Ms. Sheeder has 15 years of experience and has been the CEO of the Greencastle Learning Center, Inc. since 2005. The learning center offers childcare services and early childhood education for children six weeks old through the fifth grade. Ms. Sheeder takes great pride in her career and her ability to bring the center “out of the red” within six months of opening, and having maximum capacity within five years.

As the CEO of the company, Ms. Sheeder handles a myriad or responsibilities. She provides a hands-on approach with children and parents, checks the numbers and financials, handles day-to-day operations and administration, and oversees overall operations including approximately 23 staff and upwards of 120 children ranging from six weeks to fifth grade. Ms. Sheeder, who is known for her customer service skills, attributes all the success she has experienced throughout her career to her determination and follow-through. In the coming years, she would like to expand the center to a second site.
