Penn Valley, CA, November 5, 2015, Sandra Walinski-Boone, retired special-day class teacher for the Nevada Country Superintendent of Schools, has been recognized by Elite American Educators for dedication, achievements and leadership in special education.

With a career that spanned more than four decades, Ms. Walinski-Boone is regarded for her compassion and professionalism as a teacher for students with learning disabilities.  In her career she worked with mentally retarded children as well as those with Autism, ranging in age from infancy to young adults and up to 22 years old. Successful because of her longevity and ability to work with diverse children with varying needs, Ms. Walinski-Boone continues in her work as an educator through her involvement with the Gold Country for Young Children and the National Association for the Education of Children.

Ms. Walinski-Boone holds certification in special education. In recognition of her excellence, she was named Professoinal of the Year by Worldwide Branding. As she looks to the future, she will continue her professional affiliations within the education industry so that she may advise the next generation of special needs educators as they set themselves up for success.

Ms. Walinski-Boone was originally selected for inclusion in EliteAMERICAN Educators in 2010. We are proud to be featuring Ms. Walinski-Boone again in EliteAMERICAN Educators for 2015/2016.
