Mr. LaBare’s hard work has made him a respected and well-liked professional at Uniondale Public Schools. He takes great pride in his work and handles a myriad of responsibilities. Mr. LaBare is tasked with overseeing facilities and custodial services for a school system of 6,500 students, and taking care of constructional management in the district, compliance state required facilities issues, environmental protection agency issues, and health and safety matters. To ensure he does his job to the best of his ability, Mr. LaBare is a certified director of facilities (CDF) through New York State, certified high pressure steam boiler operator, certified oil heat technician, certified pool operator, and certified pesticide applicator. Mr. LaBare believes that he has been able to excel on a professional level because he has a focused nature, positive attitude, and passion for his job.
