Ronald H. Miller, Ph.D. is a highly regarded education professional who has garnered more than three decades of experience in the field. An expert in information and referral systems, and financial assistance for adult part-time students, Dr. Miller spends his days reporting to schools for after-school programs to aid students in improving their scores on standardized tests.

Dr. Miller has written approximately 40 publications and has conducted more than 35 presentations. He helped create and operate the New York City Regional Center for Life-Long Learning from 1972 through 1976. In 1980, he helped construct and edit a financial aid directory, which sold 110,000 copies. Dr. Miller has also completed 19-page curricula and was recruited by the National Center for Higher Education Management Systems. With his breadth and depth of knowledge and experience in the educational field, Dr. Miller has been hired by national and regional institutions, schools and universities for consulting purposes, and remains available for additional consulting projects. Dr. Miller earned a Ph.D. in public administration at New York University and earned a teacher certification in kindergarten through 12th-grade vocal music and a teacher certification in ninth- through 12th-grade social science in the State of Missouri.
