Dr. Groff is a professor of political science and future studies and a coordinator of the undergraduate behavioral science program. She has published more than 65 articles and has several books in preparation as either an author or editor. These books include “Evolution Evolving: Cutting-Edge Issues for Humanity and the World,” “Future Human Evolution: Perspectives from Transhumanist/Technology, Sustainability, Civilization, and Consciousness-Based Views,” based on articles from two special issues in the World Future Review, “Sustainable Peacebuilding: The Challenge of Building Cultures of Peace on Planet Earth, Based on Holistic, Evolving Aspects of Peace, Nonviolence, & Community Peace Wheels” and “Building Cultures of Peace: Empowering Local-Global Communities,” with articles covering 12 different sectors of a community peace wheel that was also used to organize a series of events in L.A./S. CA. Dr. Groff was a guest speaker for the World Future Review’s theme of future human evolution and has prepared PowerPoint presentations on futures, peace, and intercultural and interfaith issues. She attends multiple conferences on a yearly basis in the areas of global futures, peace, conflict resolution and nonviolence, intercultural and interfaith dialogue, and spiritual and consciousness areas. She presents one or two papers and sometimes a pre-conference course or keynote address.
